Choose media processing

After you enable this, Keepiro reads visible profile labels and avatars locally to place preview and save controls. Only when you choose Preview, Load or Save does it request the selected accounts or posts using your existing Instagram access.

For that action, Keepiro sends selected media and profile-image URLs (including signed query parameters), account usernames and numeric IDs, media IDs and types, dimensions, timestamps, story counts, account ordering and pagination data and a reduced video manifest to api.keepiro.com, hosted by Cloudflare. The server prepares the media data in memory. These media payloads are not stored in our account database or application logs.

Instagram passwords, cookies, session tokens, captions and Direct messages are not sent to Keepiro. Media previews and files come directly from Instagram's media hosts. Items you load or save are added to your local Library, with thumbnails, until you remove them or uninstall the extension.

This is optional. Turning it off stops new media work and clears temporary previews. Already processed requests and files already saved cannot be recalled. Keepiro does not open Instagram's story viewer, but cannot guarantee anonymous viewing. Only save content you have permission to use. Read the privacy policy.
